A serene retreat with valley views, walk-in wardrobe and an ensuite of Carrara marble. Wake to mist over the olive groves.
A restored stone villa above the Umbrian valley — four bedrooms, a private infinity pool, and silence broken only by cicadas.
Casa Aurea sits on a private hillside near Todi, its 18th-century stone walls opening onto terraced gardens, olive groves and an infinity pool that dissolves into the Tiber valley. Restored over three years by local craftsmen, the house pairs original beamed ceilings and terracotta floors with a quiet, contemporary calm.
“We grew up summering in these hills. Casa Aurea is the house we always wished existed — now it’s yours for a week.”

Faultless from the first email. The pool at sunset is something we still talk about. Lucia arranged a chef for our last night — the best meal of the year.
Spotless, spacious and genuinely private. The children lived in the pool; we lived under the pergola. Already planning to return.
Photos don't do the views justice. Todi is a 15-minute drive and worth every visit. Marco's restaurant recommendations were perfect.
A beautiful, calm house. We'd have liked a second dishwasher for a group of eight, but a tiny note against an otherwise wonderful week.
